He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Louis Starkweather (Jake) and Ila Mae Starkweather. He is survived by: his sister Kathy Caldwell of Washington State; his children, Angela Starkweather of Wapello and Joseph Jr. Starkweather (Bethany) of Letts; and his grandchildren, Autumn Starkweather, Ethan Miller, Maxwell Volkl and Barrett Starkweather.
