He is survived by: his daughter Amanda McCleary (Mathew); his grandson Noah; his daughter Stacy Wagg (Matt Mulholland); his grandson Liam of Cedar Rapids; and his siblings, Karen (Norman Stone), Connie Stineman (Noel) of Grandview and Tom (Brenda Wagg).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Doug's honor, in care of his daughters, Stacy or Amanda.
