He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Berry; his children, Danielle Krogstad of Letts and Matthew Krogstad of Letts; his stepsons, David Barquest of Muscatine and Kevin Berry of Omaha; and his sister Tammy Wolf of Grandview. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren.
