He is survived by: his wife Nancy Wysong; his children, Stephanie Byrne (Paul) of Peoria, IL, Dan Gerber (Darcy Jo) of Lester, IA, Steve (Darcy) of Lester, IA, Mark Gerber of Lester, IA and Jill Erickson (Kevin) of Lonsdale, MN; and his siblings, Ernest Gerber of Danville, IN, Wayne Gerber of Mansfield, OH, Pauline Teubel of Dunlap, IL, William Gerber (Erma) of Lester, IA, James Gerber (Marlene) of Larchwood, IA, Gustavo, Ricardo, Claudia, Alex, Paula, Jan and Cati. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-six great-grandchildren.
