He is survived by: his mother Mary Antoinette Brown (Milton); his wife Kelli Brown of Leon, Iowa; his children, Samantha (Jacob Ward), Marcus (Taylor Brown), Merissa Brown (Derrick Cowen) of Leon and Doug Brown of Lamoni; his stepfather Everett of Leon; his brother Bob Brown of Leon; and his half-siblings, April McGuire (Robert) of Lucas, Iowa and Everett Lee Husted, Jr. of New Mexico. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
