He was predeceased by: his father Dave Douglass; his son Michael Douglass; and his siblings, Patrick Douglass and Brenda "Susie" Hendricks (Phil). He is survived by: his mother Lelia Douglass (Hobbs) of Garden Grove, Iowa; his sons, Bradley Douglass (Deanna) of Leon and Micah Lutz (Wanda) of Ashland City, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Drace, Brentley, Kinzley, Karter Douglass, Michaela, Waylon and Amelia Lutz; and his siblings, Lonnie "Joe", Julie Douglass of Independence, Belinda, Chuck Adkins of Humeston, Robin and Don Reed of Abilene, Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
