She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Doggett and Thelma Doggett (Parr); her former husband Claude Elmer "Bud" Forsythe; her husband Eugene Neal; her close friend Bob Mumma; her sons, Chris Neal and Gary Neal (Jeanice); her sons-in-law, Wayne White and Kenny Gage; and her grandson Kyle Crawford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy White of Clive and Kitty Gage of Red Oak, Iowa; her sister Bonnie Forker (John) of Ankeny, Iowa; and her close friend Darwin Adams of Iowa Falls. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
