She is survived by: her children, Connie, Gary Crees of Des Moines, Bob and Marla Brown of Earlham, Iowa; her grandchildren, Michelle, Jerred Veverka of Newton, Debbie Comito of Norwalk, Gary Dean, Teresa Crees of Carlisle, Darren Brown of Earlham, Justin Brown of Manning, Jarrod and Danielle Brown of Winterset; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Rachel Comito of Norwalk, Blake Comito of Des Moines, Mia Comito of Norwalk, Spencer Crees of Ankeny, Camdyn Crees of Carlisle, Rilee Johnson of Carlisle, Owen Johnson of Carlisle, Kylee Brown of Earlham, Nevaeh Brown of Earlham, Gracelynn Brown of Earlham, Cole Brown of Winterset and Halley Brown of Winterset; and her great great grandchildren, Saige Mary Comito and Aileen Rose Crees.
A rosary was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Slade - O'Donnell Funeral Home (103 NE Mill St, Leon, IA 50144). Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Brendan's Catholic Church (1007 NW Church St, Leon, IA 50144).
