He is survived by: his wife Jane Jones of Leon, Iowa; his stepchildren, Donnie Kroeger of Georgia, Debbie Ansley of Gladbrook, Candy Johnson of Buckingham, Jim Kroeger of Cedar Falls and Mike Kroeger (Lori) of Waterloo, Iowa; and his siblings, Janet Jelsma (Keith) of Decatur City, Jerry Jones (Lois) of Leon, Mike Jones (Marietta) of Leon and Judy Jones of Little Rock, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
