He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lester and Lula Fay Evans (Smith); his parents-in-law, Cecil and Janet Goodman; his brothers, Earl and Donald Evans; and his brother-in-law Ron Reed.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry Evans of Lamoni and Gary "Bull" Evans (Kim) of Leon, Iowa; his sister Velda Noble (Gary) of Leon; and his sisters-in-law, Janiece Reed of Malcolm, Iowa and Fay Evans of Norwalk, Iowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society in Bill's memory.
