She is survived by: her siblings, Byron Northup and Anita Northup (Long); her husband Albert; her children, Valerie Sechser (John) of St. Charles, Loren Sandstrom (Theresa) of Grimes and Michele Sandstrom-Poulson of Urbandale; her grandchildren, Jake Mahon (Catie) of Dallas Center, Clint Mahon (Lisa Culp) of Adel, Bernie Mahon (Holly Mestad) of Dallas Center, Megan Carvajal of St. Charles, Nick Sandstrom (Chelsea) of Grimes, Tim Sandstrom (Brianna Perry) of Des Moines, Kyra Blecker (John) of Grimes, Courtney Burkart (Matt Stanley) of Greenfield and Carter Burkart (Julia Klein) of Ames; her sisters, Linda Pershin (Mike) of West Branch, Celia Curry of Johnston and Lisa Wilkinson (Greg) of Prescott; her sister-in-law Marlene Wyer (Jim) of Lenox; and also, Esther Long and Harold Long. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
