He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Wood and Mable Wood (Gaule); his father-in-law Jim Votava; and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Votava (Votava) of Lenox, Iowa; his children, Brian Wood (Jen) of Lenox, Iowa and Kim Wood of Lenox, Iowa; his grandson Cullen Wood of Lenox, Iowa; his siblings, Jim Wood (Kathy) of Holt Summit, Missouri, Mary Jo Mains of Clearfield, Iowa, Linda Brammer (Al) of Clearfield, Iowa, John Wood of Altoona, Iowa, Lori Danielson (Terry) of Creston, Iowa and Brad Wood; and his sister-in-law Lynne Maben of Clearfield, Iowa.
