He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Stanley Sprouse and Hannah Marcene (Bostwick); and his brothers, Ramon Sprouse Jr. (Verna), James Sprouse Sr. (Rochelle), John and David Sprouse.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Elizabeth Liles; his children, Mark Sprouse (Stacey) of Lenox, Michael Sprouse, N. Y., Ben Spouse (Lisa) of Ashville, N. C. and Melissa Gormley (Jason) of Hallam, Neb.; his grandchildren, Cedric, Cassidy, Colby Nelson, Jack, Kaitlin Sprouse, Tamryn, Olivia and Emerly Gormley; and his siblings, Joe Sprouse (Dan), Steve Sprouse (Jan), Judy Liles (Bruce), Jody Turner (Kenny) and BernaLynn Cooper (Mic). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
