She is survived by: her children, Richard Thompson (Genelle) of Winterset, Cheryl Murphy (Jim) of Ankeny and Gary Thompson (Julia) of Creston; her grandchildren, Wendy McDonald (Jayson) of Winterset, Will Murphy (Leslie) of Maryville, Rev. Betsy Thompson (Zack Koopman) of Ames, Sarah Beeman (James) of Ankeny, Evan Thompson (Tracy) of Lenox and Mark Thompson (Katie) of Van Meter; her stepgranddaughters, Shawna Peterson (Bret) of Waukee and Casie Klejch (Jason) of Creston; her great grandchildren, Cole, Megan McDonald, Brooklyn, Isabella, Greyson Beeman, Cale Thompson, Andrew, Sadie, Lydia Koopman, Liam, Thatcher Murphy and Baby Thompson; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Camden, Jublil Klejch and Ellowyn Peterson. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
