He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Bose and Esther Bose (Zabel); his wife Nancy Bose of Lenox; his children, Mike Bose (Dorrie) of Washington, IA, Mendy Abell (Scott) of Cromwell, IA and Marla McFarland (Marvin) of Afton, IA.; his grandchildren, Randy Bose (Corina), Jesse Bose, Jenna Bose and Ashlee Bose; his great grandchild Baby Boy Tamerius; his stepgrandson Adam McFarland (Carissa); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Weston and Wylee McFarland; his sister Janice Felton (Jeff) of Cheyenne, WY; and his sister-in-law Linda Rice (Jim) of Lenox, IA.
Memorials may be made to the Lenox United Presbyterian Church, Lenox Public Library or Lenox Ambulance. The family plans to make a donation in his memory to the Cocopah RV and Golf Resort Doggie Patch.
