She was predeceased by: her father Donald Hinton; and her sister Donna. She is survived by: her former husband Ed Jackson; her pet Rose; her husband Jay of Lenox; her sons, Kurt Jackson (Tatia) of San Antonio and Keith Jackson (Chantelle) of Ashland; her grandsons, Trey Jackson of Sun Prarie, WI and Zeke Jackson of Ashland, NE; her mother Doris Hinton-Drake (Burgher) of Mount Ayr, IA; her siblings, Daryl Hinton (Cyndy) of Postville and Debbie Alley (Scott) of Slater; and her brother-in-law Ralph Smith of Walford, IA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the American Lung Association.
