He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Winslow and Darlene Winslow; and his sister Mary Matheny. He is survived by: his wife Zelda Winslow; his children, Paul Winslow (Dana) of Vermillion and Lucinda Winslow-Haidsiak (Mike Haidsiak) of Blue Grass, Iowa; his grandchildren, Seth Haidsiak, Emily Dorgan (Cody), Adam Winslow, Jared Haidsiak and Macy Winslow; his great grandchild Harrison Dorgan; his sister Connie Jensen of Smithville, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Matheny of Lenox, Iowa, Melvin Campbell of Glendale, Arizona, Clyde Campbell (Nancy) of Worthville, Kentucky, Ron Campbell (Caroline) of Houston, Texas, Robert Campbell of Clearfield Iowa and Donna Adams of Conroe, Texas.
