We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2022, at the age of 66, Chris E. Hoffman of Lenox, Iowa, born in Creston, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James LeRoy Hoffman and Maxine Marie Hoffman (Conard); her niece Tracy Quintana; her nephew Nathan Quintana; and her great-nephew Maxx Clark.
She is survived by: her daughter Tisha Parrott (Brent Murphy) of Pleasant Hill, Iowa; her grandchildren, Maelea Parrott (Christian), Tanner Parrott, Raelyn Parrott and Haedyn Parrott; her great grandchild Hayes Farnsworth; her siblings, Terry Quintana (Charlie) of Des Moines, Roxann McIntire (Monty) of Afton, Robin VanHeeswyk (Rob) of Pleasant Hill, Scott Hoffman (Brenda) of Shannon City, Iowa, Butch Hoffman (Alicia) of Shannon City, Iowa and Daniel Hoffman (Bobbie) of Shannon City, Iowa; and her aunt Linda Conard Roeder of Davenport. She is also survived by family and friends; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
