She is survived by: her husband Leland Millard of Alburnett; her children, Sheila Summers (Randy), Lynette Swinney (Bobby) and Michael "Mickey" Blake (Paula); and her stepchildren, Tom Millard (Charme) and Terri Brokel. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a beloved pet.
