With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lila I. Rauk (Leland, Iowa), born in Buffalo Center, Iowa, who passed away on March 19, 2019 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lila I. Rauk to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her son David; her husbands, Butch Egesdal and Arlyn Rauk; and her parents, Ingvald Askeland and Lavina Askeland.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Skeens (Joe) of Clive, Darla Summers (Stuart) of Chanhassen and Mark Egesdal (Tammy) of Leland; her stepgrandchildren, Amber Egesdal, Jennith Poferl (Joseph), Vanessa Brady (Justin), Ashley Egesdal, Dane Tarmann, Brittany Hanson-Pollack (Travis), Annette Egesdal, Katelyn Skeens, Zachary Egesdal (Michaela), Courtney Wilson (Joe), Zarren Egesdal, Nelson Summers and Spencer Summers (Elise); her great grandchildren, Jasper, Zeke Poferl, Carter Egesdal and Adeline Wilson; and her siblings, Koreen Askeland (Karen), Orvin Askeland, Carolyn Skogen and Diane Christianson (Steve). She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Winnebago Lutheran Church.
