He is survived by: his mother Agnes Kramer (Rosonke); his wife Theresa; his sister Linda Putney; his niece Emily Putney; his nephew Justin Putney (Ciara); his nephew Tyler Putney (Kristin); and also, Claire and Sawyer. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Dave has requested that people not send flowers. Instead, he would like people to donate to one of the following in his memory: Scarville Fire Department, Forest City Ambulance, Pheasants Forever, or the National Wildlife Turkey Federation.
