She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earl and Henrietta Anna Minnie McCormack (Dennhardt); and her brothers, Robert Earl McCormack Jr. and Richard Francis McCormack. She is survived by: her husband Raymond C. Borkowski; her daughter Patricia Powers (James) of Forest City; and her grandsons, Cory Lee Powers, Jeremy Jon Powers and Brian Lewis Powers.
