He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Salevsky and Elizabeth Frisch Salevsky (Betty); his in-laws, Jack and Evelyn Frost; and his brother-in-law Larry Surfus.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Frost of Leighton; his children, Stephen Salevsky (Kerri Jo) of Oskaloosa, Jessica Perry (Matthew) of Ankeny and Melissa (Oosman) of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Zackary, Brandon and Nicholas Salevsky (Natalie Thomas); his children, Jace, Jayden, Jaxton Perry, Aaliyah, Jannah and Shahrazad; his siblings, Edward J. Salevsky Jr. (Adrian) of Middlebury Center and Elizabeth Bilyeu (David) of Easton, Pennsylvania; and his sister-in-law Linda Surfus of Oskaloosa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
