He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ina Smith, Arden Cargin and Clad Cargin. He is survived by: his parents, Sharon Cargin and Rich Cargin; his siblings, Luke (Stefanie Cargin), Levi (Libby Cargin) and Sarah Cargin of Louisburg, NC; his nieces and nephews, Emily, Isaac, Abigail, Olivia, Barrett, Grace and Emma Cargin of Le Mars, IA; and his grandparents, Wilma Cargin of West Bent, IA and Ron Smith of Le Mars, IA. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles and cousins.
The community rallied around his family and donated money so the whole family could go live in New York for 6 months while Tim went through this intensive therapy program.
