She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lade and Rose Lade (Dyslin); her brother Robert Dyslin, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Jim Hoffman (Jean). She is survived by: her husband Larry Hoffman of Le Mars; her daughter Tammy Beeck (Rick) of Le Mars; her grandson Nick Beeck (Renae) of Hinton, IA; her great grandchildren, Jack and Peyton; her granddaughter Kelli Clark (Zach) of Leon, IA; her great grandchildren, Paul and Alison; her brother John Dyslin (Kathy) of Phoenix, AZ; and her in-laws, Betty Howard, Lowell Hoffman (Sharon), Lois Schumacher (Tony), Ken Hoffman (Kitty), Keith Hoffman (Paula) and Pat Hoffman (Jim). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
