He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ruggles and Edith Ruggles; his mother-in-law Kay Beeswy; his daughter Brandy Rosemier; his brother Rodney Ruggles; his brother-in-law Mike Peterson; and his grandchildren, Randi Lynn Doss and Jeremy Thomas Ruggles.
He is survived by: his friend Randy; his wife Connie Peterson of Le Mars, IA; his children, Trish McCannon (John) of Le Mars, IA, Tanya Doss (Brandyn) of Colorado, Randy A. Ruggles (Jenny) of Colorado and Lisa Oats (Steven) of Pennsylvania; and his brothers-in-law, Allan Peterson (Marti), John Peterson, Kenny Peterson (Debbie), Ralph Peterson (Lisa), Tracy Kling and David Kling. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 4 sisters.
Visitation with social distancing will be from 3:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars.
