She is survived by: her children, Mark, Jason, Shelly and Angela Forde; her wife Joanna of Denver, CO; her stepchildren, Todd Sparks, Monica (Lily) of Salida, CO and Traci Sanow (Tim); and her siblings, Joan Moritz of Le Mars, Marlene Krogman of Le Mars and Noel Leinen (Jeanne) of Norfolk, NE. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
