She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Phelan and Marilyn Phelan (Dreckman). She is survived by: her brothers, George Phelan of Le Mars and Joe Phelan (Shannon) of Kingsley, Iowa; her nieces and nephews, Samantha Headley (Blake) of Omaha, CJ Phelan of Sioux City and Lee Phelan of Kingsley, Iowa; and her aunt Loretta Schnepf of Le Mars, Iowa. She is also survived by many cousins and other extended relatives.
The public is invited to attend the graveside service while practicing social distancing as mandated by state and federal guidelines due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
