He is survived by: his mother Luella Reed (Kracht) of Spencer, IA; his former wife Susan Mercer Kelly; his wife Sue of Le Mars; his children, Curtis Kelly (Hani) of Eden Prairie, MN, Stephanie Buhman (T. J.) of Le Mars, Brooke Elliott (Matthew) of Pasco, WA and Zach Reed; his grandchildren, Cameron Buhman, Aly Buhman, Sophie Buhman, Sy Eaton, Keenan Carrasaco, Shuaib Kelly, Jamilah Kelly, Adam Kelly, Noah Kelly and Talib Kelly; his siblings, Don Reed (Gay) of Mantorville, MN, Roger Reed (Cheri) of Pierre, SD, Aaron Reed (Laurie) of Raleigh, NC and Beth Stember (Brian) of Farmington, MN; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Darlene Mercer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
