She is survived by: her children, Allan Phelan (Brenda) of Le Mars, Gene Phelan of Le Mars, Randall Phelan (Deb) of Boise, ID, Robert Phelan of Le Mars, Roy Phelan of Le Mars, Julie Phelan of Le Mars and Joleen Phelan of Le Mars; her grandchildren, Tyler Phelan of Le Mars, Brandon Phelan (Sarah) of Le Mars, Justin Phelan (Kelly Van Wyk) of Le Mars, Jacqueline DeBoer (Matt) of Urbandale, IA and Ashley Jones (Eric) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her great grandchildren, Brooks Phelan, Hudson, Levi and Carter DeBoer; her grandchild Jones; and her nieces and nephews, Randy Oetken (Richard), Jim Marienau (Verda) and Shirley Lang.
