She was predeceased by: her father Donald Boehm; and her significant other Tim "Tac" Crowe. She is survived by: her mother Harriett Boehm (Monk) of Remsen; and her sisters, Cindy Lloyd (Mike) of Westfield, Lisa Boehm of Le Mars, Beth Young of Council Bluffs and Brenda De Lance (Jeff) of Le Mars. She is also survived by seven nieces, two nephews, eleven great nieces and fourteen great nephews.
