She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shearon and Marita Shearon (Masuen); her husband Ray Baack; her nephew Michael Shearon; her great-niece Alyssah Martinez; and her great-nephew Brogan Thoms Wilson.

She is survived by: her daughter Susan Baack of Sheldon, IA; and her siblings, Patrick Shearon of Des Moines, IA, Thomas Shearon of Olathe, KS and Judy Ulrich of Ashton, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
