He was predeceased by: his parents, Freida Charles Plueger and Carl; his wives, Donna Carol Ann Juzek of John's Lutheran Church and Patty Stabe (Durr); his son Gary; and his siblings, Ernie Plueger, Joseph Plueger and Bernice Knutson.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Thomas (Clee) of Huntington Beach, CA, Trey, Trent, Savannah, Jaiden and Becky Olson (Shawn); his grandsons, Bryce and Brett; his children, Daniel Plueger (Krista), Hailey, Jacob, David Plueger (Laura), North, Dean Plueger (Marie) of Suwanee, GA, Arabella and Eliana; and his siblings, Charlene Durr, Robert Plueger, Dennis Plueger (Marilynn) of Le Mars and Arlen Plueger (Starla).
Leonard was a lifelong member of Christ Lutheran Church, Grant township where he demonstrated his faith by his regular attendance and charitable donations.
