He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Tolzin and Lenora Tolzin (Dierks); his grandson Elijah Simon Tolzin; his siblings, Jeanette (Doug Beckman) and Richard Tolzin; and his siblings-in-law, Eldon Harmon and Judy Haar.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Tolzin (Jackie); his sons, Seth Tolzin (Olivia) of St. Louis Park, MN and Aaron Tolzin (Melissa) of Le Mars, IA.; his grandchildren, Sam, Sylvia Tolzin of St. Louis Park, MN, Isaac, Isaiah and Ella Tolzin of Le Mars, IA.; his brother Robert Tolzin (Carol); and his siblings-in-law, Roger Haar, Joyce Frerichs (Bruce), Jim Tiede (Cathy) and Jan Harmon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be given to the Orphan Grain Train.
