He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Ruchti and Meta Ruchti (Hauschildt); his wife Judy Ruchti; and his siblings, Cheryl Kay Ruchti, Leon Ruchti, Dennis Ruchti and Mark Ruchti.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Ruchti of Orlando, FL; his granddaughter Tiranee Vriezen (David) of Ames, IA; his siblings, Donna Myers of Whiting, IA, Deanna Lawson of Mapleton, IA, Duwaine Ruchti of Dunlap, IA, Bruce Ruchti of Mapleton, IA and Jeffery Ruchti (Candi) of Swisshome, OR; and his sister-in-law Debra Ruchti of Onawa, IA. He is also survived by several other in laws, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, in care of the family.
