He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Foster and Ruth Foster (Giles); and his brothers, Kurt and David Foster. He is survived by: his former spouse Connie Schach; his children, Billy Foster of Key West and Dana Hunter (Bo) of Burlington, Iowa; his grandchildren, Joshua Waters of Chicago and Rachael Waters of Webster City, Iowa; his sister Deborah Switzer (Dennis) of Nevada, Iowa; and his nephew Collin Switzer (Jennifer) of Nevada, Iowa.
