He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Lambert and Lyma Lambert (Harkness); his wife Betty; his siblings, William, Rosa, Amelia Henrich (John) and Robert Lambert; and his sister-in-law Virginia Lambert.
He is survived by: his children, Sue Olson (Jeff) of Le Mars, IA, John Lambert III (Lisa) of Orange City and David Lambert (Edna); his brother Ralph Lambert; and also, Virginia and Betty Barwick. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Christian Needs Center in Le Mars.
