She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Wulf and Alma Wulf; and her sister Norma Lubben (Harm). She is survived by: her husband Jim Roepke of Kingsley; her children, Nancy Ellsworth (Randy) of Buda, Texas and Steven of San Marcos, Texas; her grandchildren, Jamie, Jacqueline and Jennifer; and her great grandchildren, Emme, Eliana, Easton, Everett, Kase and Bode. She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Masks and social distancing per Covid protocol are requested.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joan's memory may be made to the United Methodist Church of Le Mars building fund.
