He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lorenz and Florence Lorenz (Rick); his brother Donald Lorenz; his wife Velma Lorenz; and his former wife Arleta Lorenz.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Ribando; his son-in-law John Ribando of Le Mars, IA; and his grandsons, John Ribando of Minneapolis, MN and Mike Ribando of Minneapolis, MN.
