He is survived by: his spouses, Adrianna Mae Schiebout and Adri Ruisch (Schiebout) of Le Mars, IA; his children, Ronda (Brad Noteboom) of Maurice, IA, Rachel Van Der (Eric), Jonathan Noteboom (Melissa), Gretchen Heronemus (Justin), Sharolyn (Randy Christians) of Grand Rapids, MI, Josh Christians (Erin), Matt Christians (Brenda), Nancy (Michael Van Surksum) of Orange City, IA, Ryan Van Surksum (Cady), Andy Van Surksum, Tyler Van Surksum, Lexi Van Surksum, Lisa (Jim Kuiper) of Downers Grove, IL, Brian Kuiper, Jason Kuiper (Grace), Daniel Kuiper, Amy Kuiper, Joel (Dara Ruisch) of Pella, IA, Jaime Burr (Peter), Ally Nacolatabua (Kea) and Brandon Ruisch; his sister Berdena Grady of Orange City, IA; and his sister-in-law Wilma Ruisch of Burnsville, MN.
