He is survived by: his sons, Don Palmer (Cheryl) of Le Mars, Dave Palmer (Marilyn) of Le Mars and Dean Palmer (Gail) of Malvern, Iowa; and his brother Gerald Palmer (Arlene) of Perry, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
