He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Reiter and Margaret Reiter (Wanderscheid); his parents-in-law, Roy and Marion Wiese; his sister Joyce Nuzum; his stepfather Raymond Ernst; and his brothers-in-law, William Wiese and Raymond Wiese.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Wiese; his children, Steve Reiter (Theresa) of Wichita, KS, Doug Reiter (Jill Foster) of Le Mars, Patty Huisman (Dale) of Le Mars, Randy Reiter (Julie) of Le Mars and Mary Beth Nilles (Thomas) of Le Mars; and his sister-in-law Joan Wiese. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; siblings.
