She is survived by: her children, Amy Benson (Tate) of Kingsley, IA, Father Andrew Sohm of Omaha, NE, Melissa Anderson (Mark) of Parker, SD and Emily Gries (Josh) of LeMars, IA; her grandchildren, Drew Lehmann, Emerson Benson, Dylan Lehmann, Hannah Gries, Preston Benson, Haley Gries, Dane Lehmann and Harper Gries; her great grandchild Kyson Jay; her siblings, Kathy Tobias (Phil) and John Delaney (Dianne) of Sioux City, IA; and her in-laws, Randy Sohm (Susie) of Danbury, IA, Cindy Armstrong of Danbury, IA, Fred Sohm (Lynn) of Sioux City, IA and John Dye of Sioux City, IA.
A rosary was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the All Saints Catholic Church - St. Joseph (605 Plymouth St NE, Le Mars, IA 51031). Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A prayer was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery. A reception was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the All Saints Catholic Church - St. Joseph (605 Plymouth St NE, Le Mars, IA 51031).
In place of flowers and gifts, the family requests memorials be directed to them to give to the less fortunate.
