He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Harley Gage; and his sister Barb Van Horn. He is survived by: his parents, Edward Stremick and Marlene Stremick (Backes) of Walhalla, ND; his wife Christine Gage of Le Mars, IA; his mother-in-law Eva Gage of Westport, SD; his siblings, Sandy Brandvold of Devils Lake, ND, Bob Stremick (Sue) of Aurora, CO, Wayne Stremick (Nancy) of Annandale, MN and Dave Stremick of Grand Forks, ND; and his sister-in-law Kathy Peck (Allan) of Aberdeen, SD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private family service will be held at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Charles' name to the American Cancer Society.
