It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agatha Sitzmann (Le Mars, Iowa), who passed away on October 19, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Nuebel and Josephine Nuebel (Meis); her husband Ed Sitzmann; her sons, Douglas Sitzmann and Gene Sitzmann; her daughters-in-law, Betty Sitzmann and Terri Sitzmann; and her siblings, Leo Nuebel, Lawrence Nuebel, Vincent Nuebel, Mary Bohlke, Vivian Sitzmann, Leona Sitzmann, Rosella Sitzmann and Dorothy Crooks.
She is survived by: her children, David Sitzmann (Margaret) of Green Valley, AZ, Chuck Sitzmann (Ann) of Rogers, AR, Mark Sitzmann (Lana) of Windsor, CO, Neil Sitzmann of Tucson, AZ, Roger Sitzmann (Peg) of Savage, MN, Peter Sitzmann of Rapid City, SD, Jay Sitzmann (Christine) of Le Mars, Ann Kurth (Dan) of Aledo, TX and Sandra Sitzmann-Kennedy (Lawrence) of Hot Springs, MT; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Sitzmann. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren.
