She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Cunningham and Mariann Cunningham (Deming); and her siblings, Terry Cunningham, Casey Cunningham, Julie Ellis and Cristin Freiboth.

She is survived by: her husband Harold Foulk; her children, Jillissa Foulk of Marshalltown, Jenna Foulk of State Center and Jakob Foulk of Cedar Rapids; her brothers, Guy Cunningham (Patricia) of Des Moines, Todd Cunningham of Des Moines and Jay Cunningham of Virginia; and her brothers-in-law, Mike Ellis of Marshalltown and Roger Freiboth of Dillon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation to causes closest to Sharon's heart.
