He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo "Mike" and Alice "Ruth" Swanger (Eggers); and his wife Joan Goodvin. He is survived by: his children, Mike Swanger of Jefferson, SD, Chad Swanger (Amy) and Jennifer Ernst; his grandchildren, Tyler (Sabrina), Emily and Christian Swanger; his great grandchild Tucker; and his siblings, Leola Willits and Milo Swanger (Mable) of Ozark, MO. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
