He is survived by: his wife Kay Jensen; his children, Matt Semple (Heather) of Lawton and Abby (Brandon Cunningham) of Sioux City; his grandchildren, Gage Semple, Grady Semple, Cooper Schmitt and Briggston Cunningham; his siblings, Mike Semple (Denise) of Sioux City, Dick Semple of McCook Lake, Mark Semple of Sioux City and Jody Cameron of Sioux City, Many; and his close friend Doug Ping (Teri) of Mt. Pleasant, Mississippi.. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
