She is survived by: her sons, Steve Polkinghorn (Patti) of Moville, Iowa, Jeff Polkinghorn (Shelley) of Moville, Iowa and Eric Polkinghorn (Rachelle) of Moville, Iowa; her grandchildren, Ashley Polkinghorn, Aaron Polkinghorn, Alissa Polkinghorn, Amanda Davis (Joe), Jacob Polkinghorn (Erica), Zech Polkinghorn, Charlie Polkinghorn, Tyler Polkinghorn (Katie), Nikki Rumohr (Sam), Heidi Flammang (Tyler) and Kelsey Mitchell (Sean); her great grandchildren, Harper and Bella Davis; her grandchildren, Nova, Judah Polkinghorn, Ryder, Sawyer Polkinghorn, Gunner, Lorelai Rumohr and Penelope Flammang; her sister Nola Salisbury of Columbus; and her siblings-in-law, Yvonne Thallas, Colleen Reich, Mona Lund, Royce Polkinghorn and Ronnie Polkinghorn.
