We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Janice Gries of Lawton, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Kindig and Dorothy Kindig (Ross); and her brothers, Jim Kindig and Jonathan Kindig. She is survived by: her husband Jim Gries; her children, Mike (Korky) of Springville, Iowa, Teresa Schlinger (Dan) of Omaha, Nebraska and Jenny Crew (Steve) of Lawton, Iowa; her grandchildren, Will, Emily, Abby Gries, Noah, Nick Schlinger, Harry, Jack and Olivia Crew; and her sisters, Joellen Toben (Darrell), Judy Jaminet (Bob) and Mary Kindig.
Immaculate Conception Church will require all attendees of the funeral mass to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Tunnels 2 Towers or St. Judes Children's Hospital.
